After receiving your acceptance notice, please prepare your FULL paper (16 pages maximum) or SHORT paper (8 pages maximum) in the Springers LNCS format. The page limit includes references .

Camera-Ready Instructions for Poster Papers

After receiving your acceptance notice, please prepare your poster paper (6 pages maximum) in the Springers LNCS format as a PDF (source files and License to Publish form are not required). The page limit includes references. Poster papers will be published in the CollabTech website proceedings.

Guideline for poster presentation

All poster presenter must prepare A0 (or any other similar size) poster for your presentation. For details, please see the Announcements page for presenters.

Guidelines for Paper submission

Accepted papers will be published by Springer as part of their Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series . Electronic paper submissions are accepted in two categories:

  • Full papers

    • Full papers have a length of up to 16 pages,
  • Work in Progress (WiP) papers.

    • Work in progress papers have a maximum length of 8 pages.

Both full and work in progress papers appear in the proceedings.

We use a double-blind reviewing process. Please do not include the author’s name and affiliation or any other type of information that may disclose the authors in the submitted paper itself. Citations to your own relevant work should not be anonymous, but rather should be done without identifying yourself as the author. As a result of the reviewing process, the Program Committee may suggest changes in the format and/or the contents of the paper, including the category of the paper. In this case, a paper will be conditionally accepted. The Program Committee Chairs will decide on the final acceptance or rejection based on a second analysis of the revised paper.

Guidelines for Poster paper submission

Posters will be presented during the conference in the poster session. The proceedings for the Poster papers will be published online separated with the main conference proceedings. All submitted papers will be juried by the program committee.

Poster papers have a length of up to 6pages and all authors must use Springer LNCS templates.

In poster submission, we use a single-blind reviewing process. As a result of the reviewing process, the Program Committee may suggest changes in the format and/or the contents of the paper, including the category of the paper. In this case, a paper will be conditionally accepted. The Program Committee Chairs will decide on the final acceptance or rejection based on a second analysis of the revised paper.

How to Submit?

Springer LNCS templates are available and should be used for submitted and camera ready papers.

Papers must be submitted in PDF using the EasyChair system: until the submission deadline.

Papers can only be submitted via EasyChair. Please do not send papers via email or otherwise.
